People walk past your office every day. Almost none of them stop.
Today they glance at a piece of paper and keep walking. Nothing in the window lets them stop, browse through your whole inventory, or leave their number.
Give them a window they can interact with: your listings, browsable from the sidewalk, lit every night, and a reason to talk with your team.

You chose your location so people would see you.
They do.
They see it on the way to dinner, next to the ice cream place, on a Sunday walking the dog. They glance at a paper listing, which cannot be opened or browsed, so they keep walking.
They dwell longer at a window they can interact with. That creates conversations, and captures new clients that would have just walked by.
Most people who stop at a window do so when a nine-to-five office is closed.
Seven out of ten stops happen outside nine to five. 7pm is the busiest hour at the window six days out of seven, and busy in our data means people stopping to browse, not walking past or glancing at flyers. Nearly one in five stops happen on a Sunday.
Right now you are missing 100% of these opportunities.

A window they can browse.
A listing catches their eye. They stop.
When your team is in the office.
When no agent is on duty

Skip the lead form.
Shake a hand.
Someone is standing at your window, looking at a house on your street. They stopped on their own. Walk out and say hello instead of waiting for the walk-in.
Most people work with the first agent they actually talk to, and they are already on your sidewalk. No lead form, no two weeks of phone tag; the conversation starts where they are standing, at the moment of peak interest.
People glance at a TV. They stop at glass they can touch.
You can put a TV in the window for a thousand bucks, and plenty of offices have. Studies show that passersby only look at a passive screen for about a third of a second. Try to touch the window, and nothing happens; with WindoVision the listing opens, and our typical browsing session runs over a minute.
A TV cannot take a phone number, it cannot tell you whether anyone stopped, and it cannot play video with audio they can hear on the sidewalk. More than 600,000 recorded interactions across our systems say it loudly: people stop at glass they can browse.
Our system is also built for a window, readable in direct sunlight and 5 times brighter than a television you get at Best Buy. But the difference that matters is the one that gives your team a reason to walk out and make a connection: someone actually stopped.

Your window says something about your brokerage before anyone walks in.
Every real estate office looks the same from the sidewalk: the sign, the paper in the glass, the lights off at six. A dynamic window people stop at is the one office on the street that looks like it is going somewhere, and the community notices you long before they might need an agent.
WindoVision has done more than 1,000 installs over 20 years. The system mounts inside your glass and reads a hand through the window, gloves and all, in the Florida sun and in Alaska in January. Commercial-grade gear, a three-year hardware warranty, and US-based support and service: real people who answer the phone. A WindoVision installer comes to you, and it's installed in a day, usually about three weeks after you say go. You own the hardware from day one, and it moves with you if you change locations.

What brokers say
It is not how many walk in. It is how many walk past, and who.
This works great for a ground-floor office on a street where foot traffic is strong: the dinner and bar crowd, the weekend crowd, the farmers market, a coffee shop next door with a morning rush, a busy strip mall with a grocery store as the anchor, the town square, the dog walkers.
What it is worth to you
If you have a good location and you follow our approach, these numbers are intentionally conservative.
And there's more
Engage more buyers
People stop, browse, and leave their number at 7pm while your team is home at dinner or out showing a property. Seven out of ten stops happen outside nine to five. Anyone who stops can search every listing, leave a phone number or email, or take a listing with them by QR code. The listing agent hears about it immediately, and you read the full picture in the morning.
Convert more sellers
Their house, lit, in your window tonight; the one thing nobody else in a listing pitch can offer. Most sellers contact only one agent. Walk into the listing presentation with something the other office cannot show: their home, lit on the busiest corner in town, every night, browsable by everyone who walks past.
Serve your agents
Window time instead of desk time; give them someone to walk out to. The reporting shows when people stop. Staff the window at those hours and an agent on duty has a steady reason to step outside and start a conversation, instead of waiting for the phone.
Retain your agents
Give your top producer something the brokerage across the street cannot: a window with their listings on it, working while they are out closing. Their listings, their name and their face on the street every night, taking inquiries while they are out. It is a reason to stay that no split adjustment can match.
Recruit new agents
Agents notice which office in town people actually stop at. Be the office they want to be part of: a lit window on the street everyone knows, and new people to talk to from day one. A new agent with no book of business needs people to talk to. A window that stops strangers gives them a sidewalk full of them, from their first week.
Upgrade your brand
Hyper-local marketing, tech-forward presence and professional appearance. Look like the office that is going somewhere. Every office on the street has a sign and paper in the glass. Yours is the one lit at night with people standing in front of it. The town notices long before anyone needs an agent.
Serve your town
Put local businesses, events and community content on the same glass, so the window is a resource and not just a listing board. Put the farmers market, the school fundraiser and the coffee shop next door on your window. People come back to it for the town, and see your listings every time they do.
Your office closes at five. Your street doesn't.
Questions brokers ask
We already have something in the window.
Most offices do: paper, a flyer box, sometimes a TV. None of them opens when someone puts a finger on the glass, and none of them can take a phone number. We fit alongside what you have or replace it; the demo shows you the difference from the sidewalk.
What does something like this cost?
It depends on the office and the window: the glass, the size, and what you put on it. The call gets you rough pricing for your office within half an hour.
Everyone has a phone; nobody stops at windows.
People stop at glass they can touch. More than 600,000 recorded interactions across our windows say so, and the typical session runs over a minute. The phone is where they go next, by QR code, with your listing already open.
Somebody has to update it.
Not here! Listings automatically download from the MLS every day, sold homes leave on their own, and your office content is set once. Nobody on your team has to touch it week to week unless you are adding your own unique additional content.
Does it work in winter, through double pane, in the sun?
Yes. It reads a hand through the glass, gloves and all, through double-pane glass up to the thickness we confirm on the call, and it is readable in direct sunlight.
Do I own it, and what happens at the end?
You own the hardware from day one. The software is a subscription; if you stop, the screen is still yours and it moves with you if you change locations.
Can I control what listings go on it?
Yes. Your listings, your team's listings, or a set you choose, in the order you choose. Featured listings and office content are yours to arrange.
Can I try it first?
We do not ship trial units; the install is a day of work at your window. What we do instead is look at your street first and tell you honestly whether it fits, and walk you through how the system works before you decide.
Will it work with my MLS?
Your listings come straight from your MLS feed. We already work with MLSs all across the country and add new ones as offices come on. Your website provider is not involved.
How long until it is in my window, and what do you need from me?
Usually about three weeks from a signed order. Our installer comes to you and it goes in in a day. We need power, internet and a look at your window glass.
Can someone on the sidewalk break it, or put something on it they should not?
Everything sits inside your glass, and the screen shows only your listings and the content you choose.
Can local businesses help pay for it?
Many offices bring in a lender, a title company or local businesses to share the cost. We walk through it on the call.
Does it only show houses?
Anything in your MLS, including rentals, commercial and land, plus your own content.
Can I put my own content on it?
Yes: your agents, open houses, community events, local businesses, and videos you upload, like that sweet drone video you shot for the high-end house last year.
I have seen one of these dark. It is not a good look.
Agreed. Our monitoring covers uptime, the app and the display, so a dark screen is seen on our side and fixed, not discovered by you on a Monday morning.
I want to see one.
Ask on the call. We will point you to the nearest window that has one and, where the broker is happy to, introduce you.
